Build Your Judo Fundamentals
Judo practice develops movement, falling, grips and balance before connecting throws with groundwork and control. Coaches help you work through techniques with a partner, paying attention to position and timing. Head coach Daniel Williams is a Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. Discuss your goals with him, whether you want a regular training activity, stronger standing grappling or preparation for competition.
