Crash Course Lessons
Our Crash Course gives you a private, beginner-friendly introduction before stepping into a group class. In just one short 1-on-1 lesson, you’ll learn the basics, get comfortable with the movements, and feel confident joining the team.

What to Expect
During your Crash Course, you’ll work 1-on-1 with a coach who will walk you through the fundamentals—how to move, basic positions, and simple techniques. You’ll also learn class etiquette and safety tips, so when you join a group class, you’ll know exactly what to do and feel right at home.
