30-Day Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted using the form below. The date you complete and submit this form is considered your official cancellation date. From that date, your membership will remain active for the next 30 days, allowing you to continue using all member benefits during that period.

Please note that verbal or email requests cannot be processed as cancellations — only the completion of the official form confirms your intent to cancel. This ensures accurate records and gives both you and our team a clear cancellation timeline.

Important Note About Rejoining:

We’re always happy to welcome returning members! However, please note that if you decide to start your membership again in the future, your previous (legacy) pricing will no longer apply. Any returning memberships will begin at the current membership rate available at that time, regardless of your previous rate.
