Biography

Originally from Ohio, Elisabeth settled in the diamond state after serving in the U.S. Military. She is married and the mother to three amazing children who all help run her family's farm in Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys teaching and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as kickboxing and MMA.

The 2024 IBJJF Master Worlds Champion, Elisabeth feels blessed to be able to travel the country for BJJ training and competition.
